2008-2012 Studied at the Law School of Tianjin University; 2013-2016 studied at the University of Sydney Law School, Australia, where obtained Juris doctor degree;

2016-2020, worked at North Shore Lawyers as a junior associate, practice manager and head lawyer, responsible for major civil and criminal cases and day-to-day firm management;

2020-2022, worked at Conditsis Lawyers as Head of the Civil Law Department, where responsible for real estate law, probate and execution, commercial mergers and acquisitions, and civil litigation.


Representative case

Zhou & Ors v Eastern Pearl & Ors: Acting for 11 plaintiffs in a delivery enforcement and damages action against an Australian real estate company, involving approximately $8 million, which ended in a settlement between the parties and an application for additional damages in the NSW Real Estate Insurance Fund;

Fan v Silver Star Pty Ltd: Acting for the plaintiff shareholder-director of an Australian real estate company in a directors’ liability and damages action against the company and other shareholder-director, involving approximately A$15 million, the case was settled by the parties to the client's satisfaction;

R v Geng: Represented a suspect in a defence against unlawful possession of cash assets and laundering. The suspect, a Chinese student in Australia, was arrested by the police at the airport while helping someone to transport $800,000 in cash. The case resulted in a successful not guilty plea and the suspect has now returned to China;
